The Meaning of Life During the Covid-19 Pandemic: A Mixed Method Research

The purpose of this research is to examine the meaning life in young adults, middle adults and advanced during COVID-19 pandemic. study group consists 620 403 female (65%) 217 male (35%) residing various provinces Turkey. age range participants ranged from 20 80 (x̄=37.8), with 383 (61.78%) adulthood, 134 (21.61%) adulthood 103 (16.61%) adulthood. Explanatory sequential design, one mixed methods, was used research. For quantitative research, “Meaning Life Questionnaire (MLQ)” applied participants. After application, semi-structured interviews were conducted a total 30 people selected by maximum diversity sampling method. Quantitative data obtained within scope analyzed independent samples t-test one-way analysis variance (ANOVA); qualitative content analysis. In findings it seen that scores differ significantly favor female. mean scale differed between adults; It found there no significant difference adults. Three different main themes discussed context three developmental periods:
